rev:text	I've enjoyed shopping at this Albersons....until today. The express lines are for EXPRESS, not for the cashier to take a few minutes to just chat with the person at the register while there's a line waiting to purchase their groceries. When I mosied up to the register, the cashier came around the counter and instead of letting me place my groceries on the counter, scanned the items in my cart and then wouldn't bag some of the groceries. My wife had to bag. When we paid, the price seemed quite high for what we'd purchased. On our way out of the store my wife said,"she charged us double for an $11.00 item". We went back to the customer service desk and they kindly refunded the error. When we walked by the cashier, Darlene, I told her of her error to which she smugly snapped back, "Maybe that's payback for the way you walked up to the counter". So "Darlene" double charged us on purpose to get "payback". We turned right around and spoke with a management level employee at the customer service desk and voiced our concerns about their employee. Albertsons management; I'm a Vietnam veteran, 100% disabled with PTSD. Since the day your store opened my wife and I have really enjoyed shopping at your store and hope to do so in the future. But right now I'm sitting here at home writing this stewing about how my wife and I were treated by your employee. We don't know her nor does she know us. If she treated us this way and double charged us for "payback" if she doesn't like you, she'll do it to others. I'm sorry to have had this experience at your new store.
