  • I've been here many times and the service is always great. Tonight I was invited to a birthday celebration here with reservations at 9pm for a party of 12. 9pm on a Wednesday? For 12? I was so concerned that the servers would be tired and ready to go home, which would affect our service. Boy was I wrong. This was by far the best visit I've had. Stacy and Halle went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. The hostess (a blond with glasses) was also especially attentive as well as two of the gauchos who's names I can't remember, but one appeared to be in charge and is somewhat older than most of the other gauchos. He and I had a laugh over me dropping a piece of meat into my glass of water. :) The other was tall with glasses and I believe he is from Brazil. Both were very, very informative and very pleasant even at the late hour. The manager also stopped by to make sure everything was perfect. I listed all these people because I hope management sees the review and rewards all the listed parties, they are assets and deserve to be commended. I want to specifically mention Halle and Stacy again because we had a very lively table that required quite a bit of assistance and they took it in stride. Halle was very sweet and Stacy was probably the most knowledgeable server I've had. She offered drinks I've never been offered (which was spot on) and explained anything we asked for more info on. All in all, if you can't tell, I love this place and recommend it to meat lovers and not so meat lovers alike.
