  • I would give zero if I could. At first, I was extremely excited about this company. I called for an inquiry, they were cheaper than any other quotes I got and they said they'd provide free storage for about 35 days I think it was. That worked out perfect because my storage unit was going up the final month of being in Vegas so I took advantage. That was the last time my experience was good. So I decided to use them and made my down payment. I was informed that I could add or take away from my inventory because at the time I was not certain what was coming and going as I hadn't been in my new home yet (I was moving across country to Nashville). Well, when the Movers came to pick up my stuff from storage, they informed me that I in fact could not add to my stuff in storage. I still had my whole bedroom and bathroom to pack up where I was living. So ok great. That now had to be brought along in my Altima, across country. Important side note: I own A LOT of clothes and a lot of Knick knacks and I'm extremely high maintenance. Sooo between my bedroom and bathroom, that's inconvenient. But it was too late now. I had to pay about $100 to ship out items and just get rid of items either too big for my car or too big to ship. Also, my quoted price ended up being entirely inaccurate. It ended up being over $600 more. I didn't move a bed, dresser, couch, nothing. Boxes and a small decorative chair. Next, they arrived a week early. Normally, no big deal. I was advised on when to make my arrival date so that it got there when I did (I'm not in law school so dealing with a late arrival was not an option as I would not be available nor have the time to ever unpack if it wasn't there.). But it came a week early so my roommate had to deal with it all. I asked for a two days heads up (JUST IN CASE this happened) which I didn't get so I couldn't prep her. Not much warning at all. Pretty much all my expensive wine glasses arrived broken. A martini glass I bought in Cancun which I obviously can't easily replace by heading to the nearest store. Dropped my tv. I have those plastic boxes from target that arrived completely destroyed (HOW?!?!) those made it through 4 different moves I've done with zero damage plus survived being in a university of Arizona dorm room where no one was ever sober and things were constantly broken. Not that I'm upset about the $7 gone to waste I spent on them, but how negligent do you really have to be to destroy those kind of boxes?? My roommate wrote a review on how her experience went with them so they reached out to me regarding it. (Because obviously negative) said they were extremely sorry for my experience, would look into it, and get back to me. We're now two months later and I have never heard back from them and I have now added a personally made blanket I was given as a graduation gift that was never delivered to my house either. Every blanket of mine (can say I own a lot) went on the truck. I was only renting a room for about 2 months before leaving because obviously signing a year lease made no sense so I tried to put all the stuff I wouldn't need in storage.. obviously a blanket in June and July in Vegas wasn't an essential. So yes, I'm certain they had it. I was offered no solution, no money back, nothing. $1,700 spent towards a terribly run company. I've worked in the service industry for 3.5 years. I understand that a lot of people are nit picky and write absurd reviews for no reason. Trust me, I hate those people just as much as the next person. But do not under any circumstance hire this company to handle your valuables or trust them in a big move. Even in a move two doors down. This was a stressful move and I was assured they'd ease the stress. They created more than I already had. I probably could have trusted the homeless man constantly begging for money on Tropicana more than this company. I guarantee he would have treated my stuff with better care with that kind of money than this company.
