  • When I was handed my Venti iced white mocha there was a good third of an inch of white syrup at the bottom it should be swirled in the drink I don't want to drink better espresso and sip gobs of syrup at the very end. I drink this every day I get it they need to make drinks fast but there should still be quality and how they prepare my drink The girl at the window took my drink back and I watched her through the window take a short stick to mix the bottom no kidding her fingers were in my drink while she was stitring what should have already been mixed.talk about unhygienic after she handles everybody's money at the drive-through window, She also looked like she had an open wound by her nail that hand was in my drink.
