  • Denis did a good job and communicated well with the current condition of my AC units. Making the appointment was simple and efficient. My appointment was scheduled for 4-6pm and Denis arrived at 6:01pm. I was a bit put off that they arrived at the very limit of the timeframe but they were not late. :) Denis was honest with his assessment of my three units and I felt comfortable that my summer tuneup was done properly. Based in his demeanor and the other reviews for Infinity, I would have not problem calling them again when I need service.
