  • I go in for an oil change I tell manager about the 19.95 coupon disregarded my statement Then trys to sell radiator flush multiple times even after I said I just did it.I think this is a new manager cause I never experienced this upselling in the past.I then get a call saying I need brakes and they might be able to keep roters.I decline then trys to resell flush.No Then tells me carbon build up to sell that.No.Then I know I need tires in the next couple months as he gave me the expected price of the tires his amount was over 250 dollars difference of the online price for those tires.I go to get car and he's nice yet still charges me total 28.95. I even said I have the 19.95 coupon in which is even advertised on this Yelp page!??! I then asked mechanic who did the work and asked about my brakes.He stated they are fine you got well over 50 percent left and just keep an eye cause you have little cracking on tires from the heat etc.SO A 20 DOLLAR OIL CHANGE WOULD HAVE BEEN OVER 700 BUCKS IF I WAS GULLABLE!!
