I'm not sure if this business exists anymore, but when I called to make an appointment, they didn't tell me they weren't in the 16th street location anymore until the day before my appointment. In fact, I thought I was making an appointment with my old stylist, and when I arrived, he didn't even know who she was.
I had the worst time trying to find the location, which is just a temporary space in the Exodus salon on Indian School and it was really awkward. The guy I spoke with on the phone ended up cutting my hair in what was basically a storage room. Him and the owner were the only two people who moved from the old storefront. When I called to make an appointment I had no idea what I was in for. I felt like I was being punked. If the salon is not the salon as we know it anymore, I would have like to know beforehand. Don't answer the phone like everything is the same. Anyway, my haircut was terrible. The bangs were lopsided and there were a bunch of random chunks of hair that were not blended. I could see a line where he used the thinning shears to take out a big chunk. Not cute.
