  • I recently went to sugar me wax to get a Brazilian. My aesthetician was Kristen. The office was very nice and clean and all the employees were very friendly. I was excited to try this new place because I have been looking for a permanent waxing lady. Everything was fine and she made me feel very comfortable. The wax took longer than usual but I just thought she was being thorough. Boy was I wrong. When I went home, I checked how she did and I was disappointed. She missed several patches of hair and didn't really get the inner parts (to be vague) at all. About 4-5 days later I was annoyed and decided to pluck the hairs out but they broke!! This has never happened to me before, my hair was so brittle they would not come out all together, they just kept breaking! So I was left with even more stubble! It has been about a week now and so much hair is already starting to grow back. (I hadn't shaved or waxed for well over a month before going in). I am no rookie when it comes to Brazilians and every single one I have gotten has lasted a MINIMUM of 2 weeks of being baby smooth. Overall I was disappointed and I don't think I will ever go back.
