| - I had a real bad experience at this Branch. Thanks to the incompitence of 2 employees, Trayvon Jones and Luis-the Assist. Manager! I should have known not to interact with these 2, but I had no choice. These 2 employees were Clueless and Useless and under-trained!!! All I needed was a Page Print dated 1-31st of March...easier said than done, people!! I was treated condesendantly and rude, as the Assistant Manager raised his voice and subsequently shot off his motor mouth towards the end of this very uncomfortable situation. I kept telling him I had gotten this Page Print once before at the Nellis Branch...I even told them, (knowing they could provide this) that I was not leaving until I got what I came to get...after I had made a trip home to get one I had gotten previously.. and I kept showing it to them, but they would not budge...I told them Wells Fargo would hear from me about this! SHAME ON YOU, WELLS FARGO. I ended up making a third stop at the Nellis Branch to go get what I needed. I got there like (10min. to closing) and yet I got the best treatment. The girl that checks you in to see a Personal banker, arranged with one of the Cashiers to print out what I needed and I was out of there in 5 minutes....I appreciate Good Customer Service and just the same that I go out of my way to Compliment good service, I also like to give a heads up to other customers. And as I was always told when I worked 9 years with the public, "The Customer is Always Right" Just because these personal bankers (supposedly) know their stuff, customers may know more than they do.....Watch your treatment, words and actions with your customers. Because ultimately, they pay your salaries!!!
