  • HORRIBLE BUSINESS! They scheduled to come out twice to my location for a job. Both times they confirmed the day before and I called back to confirm the day of, and yet the still didn't show up ..... BOTH times!!! Finally a third time appointment, they showed up. They were very unprofessional and rude, ended up doing extra unneeded work and charged bogus amount. And worst of all, they left in the middle and said they had to come back the next day to finish. Well, needless today, I called it off the next day contacted a reputable real plumbing service company to finish up what they started. I paid them less, they were very professional, respectful and thorough. Grace plumbing is seriously a joke. Save your money and time, go with a real plumbing company.
