  • I had a wonderful experience last year when I had my top teeth done. Deborah Koberah took great care and billed my insurance for me. This time I was met with Heather. Which informed me after the x-rays were taken that I will have to bill my insurance. She wrote codes down on the back of her business card!!! I have never filed a dental insurance claim so I asked if she could write this on paper to make it clear as to what I needed to do. She told me she had no paper!!!! I will put a photo of the actual card later and codes she wrote! I told her I could only afford half the job now and then finish the rest when I got reimbursed. She proceeded to tell me the colors will never match!! Which is BS because they know the colors they used previously. The only thing that made me come back again was Dr. Earl and his assistant! Dr. Earl waited late to bond the right side teeth so they would line up to the left. (To hold me over until I could afford finishing the other side) He didn't have to do this and I didn't see it on my bill. Dr. Earl is a wonderful dentist and his assistant I think Anna? They train the sales team to be like car salesmen and it's sad. If you go there recommend Dr. Earl. He is very quiet but he is great at his craft and cares!!
