  • I cannot believe this is in Cleveland, Ohio. It is truly a world-class market and cafe. As Cleveland grows and Heinen's gets more acquainted with their customers, I can see them offering even more in the future. The grocery store is very organized and if you're used to other Heinen's stores, you'll find your way around quickly. They have the customer service they're known for down here too. Everytime I've been here, someone has been at the door to greet me and open the door for me. I'm not sure if they have the grocery pick-up because I didn't need it. But they do have parking validation for parking at a nearby lot.
