  • So I waited 3 days to post a review so that I wasn't posting out of anger. That being said I'm still slightly annoyed. I go to jiffy lube because I care more about my time then saving a few bucks. Yes I could get the exact same work done elsewhere for less. But then you're stuck sitting in an awful waiting room for hours on end. 3 things stand out about my recent visit. 1. I was the first one in the open bay. 1 car was being worked on already in the other bay. There was 4 techs working. Yet an oil change and air filter change took just shy of an hour!!! 2. When I pulled in I said I need an oil change and tire rotation. The manager asked what type of oil I said synthetic. He said "synthetic for your truck will be $84 and the rotation is $19.99" I said cool let's do the air filter since we are here. He said it was 24 bucks and I said just change it cause I don't want to deal with it. Few minutes later he calls me up and says OK it will be 150. I said cool and I have a $20 coupon. He said great give it at the end. 40 minutes later he calls me up and says they couldn't rotate the tires because they were worn. Now I'm pissed. It's a new truck with only 20,000 miles. I ask him to show me and points out a DIRTY LINE as why they are saying the tires are worn. I realize he is incompetent and shut my mouth. 15 more minutes pass by and he says all set. Price is 150.... I said wait a second if you couldn't rotate the tires how is the price still the same. He said there's an additional charge for oil. I said bull shiz, you knew what the truck was when you quoted the price earlier. So he agreed to add another coupon. How about just be HONEST up front. 3. Almost an hour later I drive away annoyed. I quickly notice they didn't clean my windshield. I grab the invoice and clearly it says they cleaned it as part of their courtesy nonsense. Well that was a lie. I had driven to show low the day before and every dead bug was still clearly there. Then to add insult to injury they didn't even put a reminder sticker in the windshield. All in all, SLOW services. Misleading prices. Didn't do work they said.
