  • I contacted High Desert Landscape & Design when I decided to replace my grass with Xeriscape. I contacted them in May and they said they would come the next week. They never showed up. I contacted them again and they apologized and asked to reschedule. I didn't hear from them again for two weeks. By this time it is well into June. They told me to wait a week for an estimate. That never came, so I contacted them again and by July they finally emailed it to me. I replied with a go ahead for the work and asked what the next step was. I didn't hear back from them for another week. When I finally did receive an email, they asked me to approve the estimate yet again and told me in two weeks I would receive the landscape plans for my HOA. It is now August and I have received nothing. It's been over two months for just an estimate. I am tired of constantly reaching out to them and giving them the benefit of the doubt that they are busy. This is not worth the time and effort on my part when there are so many other companies out there.
