  • Three strikes and you are out! I have been to this establishment 6 different times over the last 3 months. Each time Cathy was up and down and was trying to help other clients and it ended up taking almost 2 hrs to get my nails done. I tried them again today. Cathy was busy so she had another nail tech help me. However, this nail tech did not want to do my nails or was in a VERY bad mood! She was so rough and kept grabbing my hands and speaking in Vietnamese, that finally I said to her that she didnt have to do my nails if she didn't want to. She yanked the foil off my fingers and started yelling "you can just have someone else do your nails, I am not your slave"!! Hmm, who does this? I felt horrible. I just stood up and walked out, as clearly the nail tech was either mentally ill or in a very bad mood!
