  • July 17 2016 Before we walked in the door, we were treated badly. I noticed the sign said open at 11 and it was 10:30 so, we ask the fat blonde with glasses if there was an Ulta at the sunset mall. Being new to Nevada, we were not sure. All she said was a big fat No! with a sassy attitude. Then I asked her do you know where it is? All she said was "not in the mall" Well I guess we are shopping at Sally's from now on. Please keep in mind the woman was outside of the store. We were not knocking on the door. Never ever spending our money at Ulta again. We have been customers with Ulta for two years. The fat woman with the glasses just blew it with her sassy attitude. It truly deserves no stars and overpriced anyway!!!!!
