  • Worse Management Company ever, My boyfriend has nothing but trouble when dealing with this company, there customer service sucks. The Marietta office location in Georgia is horrible. They charge a late fee of $50 and then charges additional fees of $10 a day if late including weekends. Told him to pay certified fund and gave him an amount to pay and then when he tried to pay via Money Gram they deny the payment saying certified funds meaning cashiers check or money order. Which we thought certified funds included Money Gram so after gathering the amount due the payment was denied. Then the company added an additional $30 for weekend charges. They refused to return phone calls and email, The company bought out WRI and things have went down hill, they don't care about their residents!!
