  • Food was good. Staff was not informative about food and did not create a good dining experience. At the end of the meal, the whole experience was ruined by the Restaurant Manager named Cat (Kat?). Their system was down and even though we were staying in the hotel and were just going to charge it to out room. Cat said we had to stay until the system was up. Then we explained to our server that we had to be at a show in a few minutes. When Cat heard that, she yelled across the restaurant, TELL THEM TO PAY CASH!!!!!!. That was unbelievably unprofessional and like i sad, it ruined the whole dining experience. So despite the food quality, I would not recommend this spot due to the lack in customer service . Also, be aware if you are Italian and order white sauce it means oil and garlic. Not alfredo. This mistake ruined the veal because they put the wrong sauce and then tried to charge extra for it. The servers should disclose pricing on extras and specials.
