  • Worst customer service. Very unprofessional service. I was not greeted when I entered the building. No one asked if i needed help when i walked in.The lady who was assisting me would constantly leave her office while checking my credit and financial options. While I had more questions, but she was no where. Until I saw her outside talking with her coworkers, while I was in her office waiting for some kind of time frame as to how much longer for my financial availabilitys. Some of the employees were dressed unprofessional. One male employee kept staring at me which made me uncomfortable. Also beware of thier HIGH interest rates. I recommend going to your personal bank If you're looking to refinance your vehicle.
