Not impressed at all. I was greeted in a friendly way and the gal at front desk was very helpful. We waited for almost 2 hours to be called back. There were no rooms available but they triaged my daughter (vitals) in spite of that. As she sat in the chair waiting for a room, the head nurse said, "room 6 is available, it just needs to be cleaned. You can put "that" in there." Nice to know you refer to your patients as "that". The nurse helping us was proactive and did a test for flu while my daughter was in triage to help with time. One we were in room, doctor came within 20 minutes or so and confirmed no flu. He listened to her lungs and said it was a virus. There were no checking of glands, looking at her throat, or in her ears. This place treats symptoms, not the person. People are people and medicine does not just fit in a box. Treat the person and not just the symptoms! After the doctor left he said we were getting 2 scripts. We waited for almost an hour for that. They might be able to speed up times in waiting if they didn't have people waiting for a script for almost 60 minutes. Then the same nurse that referred to my daughter as "that" came in with the scripts and said I hear you think it's taking too long so let's get you out of here. I couldn't believe the treatment. Won't go back.
