  • Terrible company, but not much you can do to avoid them when they are contracted out by Ryland/CalAtlantic Homes. They installed a cracked and broken sliding glass door in my new home hoping I wouldn't notice or that they could get away with it. I reported the problem over a month ago and so far they have scheduled two different appointments to just come and look at it. The exact words on when the entire sliding door will replaced is "I have no clue". So I will continue to sit and wait blindly hoping they will deliver another sub standard pane of glass.
