  • Saw a truck I wanted in Craigslist from here so I emailed them pictures of my truck including the vin and the major blemishes. I asked if they could give me an idea of what I could expect on trade just to see if it would be worth my time to drive the hour out there. They insisted I just come out and see the truck and give them the chance to meet face to face (they build relationships not just selling a 1 time car). So I decided to give them a chance and upon my arrival they were super friendly and talking it up all buddy buddy. I looked at the truck I liked and asked if I could find out what they could give me for trade. They wouldn't unless I test drove a truck first. I said I didn't want to drive a truck and get my hopes up unless I know they can come close to my pay off. They wouldn't even look at my truck just kept saying don't worry we want your trade we will work with you. Short and to the point Josh was getting rude at this point and Lance came up behind me and said "This isn't Burger King you can't have it your way". Loudly in front of all employees. Made me uncomfortable pressured and kept talking loudly as I decided I would never buy a truck from this place and walked out. !!!Be ware of used car salesman like this!!!!
