  • I bought a Dell computer in May of 2015. I used my computer to DJ. I was having some audio problems so I called India to see about the audio settings. They could not help me. They knew nothing. They also said my computer was out of warantee since I bought it in 2014. Not true. My receipt from Staples says I bought it in May of 2015. I have a receipt but they didn't even seem to care. Then shortly after my call I started getting calls from "Dell". It really wasn't Dell...it was scam calls wanting to help me fix my computer because it was being attack by several different viruses. Kind of hard to believe since I don't go online with my computer. I called and complained. They said it wasn't their fault that there were scammers out there from all the computer companies. Yeah right. These people have all of my personal info. Sounds like an inside job to me. Not only that but they referred me to some agency to complain and they refused to help fix the date I bought the computer. I will never buy another Dell. Next time I will buy an Apple. At least Apple doesn't send you to India. Now I'm dealing with one or two calls per day from India wanting to "fix" my so called infected computer. Stay away from anything Dell.
