  • This is really a zero star rating. This Sears Outlet delivered the wrong refrigerator and has refused to take it back. All phone calls are pointless because they say they are going to do something but it's really just lip service. One time I called, I started telling the assistant there the problems, and she thought I was someone else. Obviously, I'm not the only one having this problem. My next communication with them will be through an attorney.
