I have had differing experiences at this Hilton. Years ago I had a horrific experience when the smell of sewer gas was prevalent in my room and the front desk person basically didn't believe me because she'd not heard any complaints from other guests. That had me spending my hotel dollars elsewhere for a few years. I thought I'd try them again since the location is very convenient and I must say that this experience was better. And by better I mean it wasn't horrendous. I do appreciate that they have the digital key. That is awesome. And the room service staff (I had room service three times this stay) was delightful. Each of them friendly and efficient.
