| - I bought a 2016 Springfield Friday. I was not sure I was going to buy that day but it just worked out that well. I had a trade in, and with valuing my trade in, filling out all the paper work, securing a loan and prepping the bike I was out the door in under 4 hours.
When I got there I talked with Ed, one of the sales guys. We started just talking about bikes and things in general until I steered the conversation to what model I was looking for and availability. Ed's very knowledgeable, he answered every question I had and brought up a couple of necessary things that I had not even thought about. It was the opposite of a hard sell. Just helpful, personable, assistance. Just the type of help you hope to get but seldom do.
Then I met and had to deal with Ryan, the Sales and Finance Manager. I had checked with yelp prior to shopping so I knew that Ryan had a lot of positive reviews. They were not lying. This is the stage of any vehicle purchase that is usually the most stressful and unpleasant. Ryan made the process easy and painless. He was very upfront about what he could and couldn't do. In a very short time I had what I consider a more than fair deal. I was treated honestly, fairly and with respect.
After signing the papers, while the bike was being prepped, I was introduced around to one of the parts guys, Jim, and one of the service guys, Tim, which was like a welcome to the family.
Before I left both Ed and Ryan gave me their cell numbers in case I had any questions or problems. I could tell that they were serious about it. I have bought a lot of motorcycles since 1973 and I think that this is the most positive purchase experience that I have ever had.
