  • I have recommended this office for years. The Dr's and nursing staff have always been knowledgeable, caring and amazing. Our family visits this office about 15 times a year. Tonight, we apparently entered a new business. The person at the front desk was incredibly unprofessional. She barely acknowledged us but was quick to tell us to check in at a kiosk. We asked a few questions about the wait time and it was clear she was annoyed. We decided to leave and seek care elsewhere. Apparently, banner health doesn't care about customer service. Nor do they care about professionalism. Such a shame. I have personally recommended this clinic to countless people.
