  • I travel a lot for work and have used a number of different Enterprise and rent-a-car companies. The Phoenix Airport Enterprise branch by far was the best one I've encountered! The branch managers and customer service representatives were polished, highly energetic, friendly, and accommodating. They immediately greet each customer with a bottle of water, and go above and beyond by conversing with each customer and making small talk. There were a lot of car options, and all of the cars were clean. The Phoenix Enterprise branch sets the standard of how rental company branches should be run.
