  • We bought our bridesmaids' dresses and the B2B got her dress at the Dress Room as well. It was almost exclusively the price (and the fact that the bride wanted us to shop there) that won us over to this store. I was happy to pay only $250 for a dress made to fit me in the colour she wanted, but I found a lot lacking in the service and the product we eventually received. They were sweet and polite on the phone, but fairly disorganized. Our appointment was made in a different name than I said, the saleslady helping us on our first visit was a bully and didn't listen to most of our specifications, which resulted in my dress not having the right colour on the detail that we had asked for. It wasn't a huge mistake, and the dress is still beautiful, but I found that our experience was pretty subpar. After both buttons fell of my friend's dress as soon as she put it on, they didnt' even apologize, and we will be fixing it ourselves at home. Although most of the staff were helpful, they don't seem to be able to accommodate the busy rush on weekends, the room is too small for everyone to try things on, and they simply aren't able to offer the service that is warranted by the amount of money people spend there.
