  • Still a 1 star place to live... This is the worst place to live in Mesa. They don't care about how the neighbors destroy the place or the cars. Horrible people live above me and they do nothing to help. They pay idiots to blow dirt and leaves on your patio you pay for. This is a horrible horrible place and 1 star is too many. They get new owners each time so the record of being harassed dies with each new owner. This place is for losers , liars, thieves, and idiots. I do not suggest anyone who cares about their peace and quiet live here. I've got eggshells broken in front due to neighbors trash bag broke, didn't clean it up, other neighbor got my mail for my error and kept it. Confirmed deliver from mailman and company. Loud noise constantly, filthy environment. July 26. I watched the clean up crew blow more crap on my porch. The complex has a contest for the best patio? A joke when your clean up crew continues to blow cigarette butts all the crap that's on the walkway other people's dryer sheets all the leaves so that the rocks are nice and clean but our patios are filthy. I was promised,that they would look into this and contact me months ago. They still haven't resolved it my porch is still filthy. I am not cleaning up after the clean up crew.
