| - After receiving a reply from Audi of Peoria via Yelp (Christina M) to work things out, I said to myself, why not. On 4/22/13 I woke to go grocery shopping to find that my car battery had died. I contacted Audi of Peoria parts and they advised they had battery in stock and would have it ready for me to pick up. After 5 minutes I received a phone call from Dale Chavez, service manager, advising me that I cannot purchase parts from the dealer either (after my last review I noted that dealer had issues with me for service but not parts and I think Dale was told this, thus providing reason for call). After talking to Dale I had advised on what Christine M had told me about talking to GM to work things out, Dale advised he had already spoken to GM and they agreed that no service, parts, or sales would take place between the dealer and I. Appears that Dale Chavez, service manager, is in charge of the entire dealership. Luckily VW is right across the street from Audi of Peoria and they had the same battery at a lower price. Dealer sounds like they want to work everything out with me via Yelp to show others that they are willing to work with me , in reality, they could care less.
