  • Okay people, how many bad reviews does it take to not give this company business. 0 stars for sure. Yes, they suck and are full of crap. Worst experience I've ever had. Who you really should be complaining to is First American Home Warranty. If they drop this company, then they might go out of business. Had a tech go to the house a couple hours before they told us they would be there and we told them that we aren't home. He said your appt. was between 3-7. We told him it was between 4-8. He got there at 2:35pm. He said he went on the roof to see what was going on. Said that there is nothing wrong with the unit. Never went inside the house. Then told us that the unit was too small to cool the house. OMG, does he think we are going to fall for that. Then said he had to send his supervisor out but couldn't get him out for a couple more days. I asked how they could tell that there is nothing wrong with the system if they didn't even go inside the house to check it out. He said it wasn't their fault that we weren't home and proceeded to call us liars because we had an appt. set up from 3-7pm. It's really a joke that they are still in business and I think if this home warranty company (s) dropped them we would all be happy. Get out of Vegas L&S!
