  • For a name like Terrible, they sure do provide excellent service. Although my dealership sends me oil change specials periodically, I still choose to go to this Terrible Herbst location. The employees I encounter are friendly, I'm in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and what I appreciate the most is when they go over all the things they filled up/checked/recommend. They're not really pushy when I decline service either. I think the last time I was in, the employee Erick gave me the rundown, all with a cheerful attitude. As for the free car wash with oil change, who could complain? They vacuum, run the car through the wash, and hand dry it afterwards. You have the option of upgrading the carwash too, but I usually just go with the free one. Make sure to tip a few bucks at the end! PS - sometimes they have 10% coupons on their website, just show them on your phone and they'll honor it.
