  • I want to preface this by saying that I've been getting mani/pedis for over 18 years, all over the world. This place is overpriced, especially for the quality you get. I've had $12 pedicures that would dance circles around these. The woman that took care of my mother was very nice and friendly and she had a good experience, which is why it gets two stars instead of one. The man on the phone said he had openings for two pedicures at 1:45PM. We got seated in massage chairs in about 5ish minutes, but they are squished together that some of the chairs can't use their built in tables to set a purse or anything on. The only place I had to set my purse and shoes were right in front of the lady in the chair next to mine. My mother was already 15 minutes (or 20) into her pedicure when I finally got someone. He was not friendly but was at least polite. I wanted a two tone ombre style that I had seen posted on this site but he could not do it so he was going to do all little toes one color and then another woman would do the ombre on the big toe. My mother talked me into the luxury pedicure ($30, $20 for basic) and they missed a crucial aspect of even the most basic pedicure. Clean out the fuzz and left ivers that get worked in from socks or wedge in dirt in those corners from wearing flip flops all the time. The guy said he needed to put white on the toe for the ombre so of course I said ok. When he got done, I only waited maybe 5 minutes for the other lady to come do the ombre style. My eyes are not the best and, from where I was sitting, it looked good. Upon closer inspection, it was a very shoddy attempt and a lot fo the white was still showing on the side, along with polish left on the skin. When we went to grab our stuff, I noticed, as walking to the register, my side was cold and damp now. I checked and my large purse was completely soaked through and had leaked on to my shirt and pants. There were no liquids in my purse or that I brought in that could have done. All the other other customers in the store saw this and each made a comment about it. Thankfully, none of the liquid had gotten to my electronics yet. Not a single employee said anything or acknowledged that anything had happened. We will definitely never be coming here again and I will not recommend this place. tl;dr Overpriced and poor quality. Go somewhere else.
