rev:text	IF I could give it a Rating Lower then 1 Star, I would. (Was a Terrible start of a Family Vacation). Prostitutes Outside! Room Dirty, bed unmade, smelly room (aNon-Smoking). Don't make the Mistake to stay there, DON'T reserve thru www.hotels.com, they'll overcharge you! Our Family stayed at Budget Inn, 5259 W. Mcdowell Rd. Phoenix 85043, on 3/12/18. Reserved online, hotels.com on 3-10-18. Went downstairs for "Breakfast 12 MINUTES* after "Breakfast" started. *There was NO Breakfast, (Unless you call 5 individual Pkgs of Oatmeal, Breakfast), nothing else! I went to Reception Desk, asked "Where's Breakfast? There's nothing there!" Female "Recept. said, "Guess it's all gone!" ** In 12 Minutes?" , I asked her. "YEAH," she said," guess so."* Staff: Lazy Rude Totally Indifferent. Pricing? HA.Overcharged Me! Booked thru Hotels.com Online: $56.30 which I reserved, 3 days in advance, online, www.hotels.com . My 2 pg. Receipt, which I have - when we got there shows $56.30, which is what I reserved room at, payed when booked online. When We got home, saw Hotels.com charged me $79.23, according to my Bank. Called Hotels.com, insisted that charge was for $79.23 C/S Guy: "NO, you agreed to pay $79.23! TOld Him, That's what u Charged, I reserved at $56.30 He said I * Did Not! They overbilled, refused to refund, told me I was Wrong about Price! DO NOT use hotels.com I can't WAIT to see what other Hotels.com bookings will show, that's next to work on ... Valerie
