  • Absolutely horrible!! Avoid at all cost. I am an assistant to an agent, I placed an order 2 days ago to have a post installed, they just contact me today to let me know that the agent has to place it directly and they have cancelled the order. They could have notified me yesterday or the day prior, but chose to wait until the day of the install to notify us. Now my agent is mad at them and the homeowner. Awful business practice, avoid at all cost!!
