  • The other one star reviews are eerily similar to my experience. Their website claims how much they care. They looked for every way to weasel out of my first claim. I did everything they asked, everything. When I submitted my only claim, they denied saying that my vet wouldn't send them past charts. I contacted my vet and they did it right away happily. Embrace just didn't try to contact them. The charts they wanted had already been provided upon signup by me and they just wanted to attach to an excuse. They found one. Claim was denied due to dermatitis. I challenged them on it and they said it was now due to ear infection. Neither of which had to do with my dog's condition in claim. The vet even checked for those two conditions and stated no skin issues or ear infection. Glad I cancelled before serious chips were on table with dog's health. Embrace? Embrace my nut sack.
