  • If you have thin hair, no hair or messed up hair, this is the place to go! I went to Haley's previous location and she was great. She's a good listener who takes the time to understand your vision. Although, she's got a great selection, she's also able to cut and style the way you want. She's down to earth and competitively priced. If you want to leave a more confident version of yourself, Haley's is worth checking out. Next time I'm in the area, I'll be back! The only drawback....no Portland location.
