rev:text	I had used this company previously for all my closets and a craft room which included a Murphy bed. I had no problems AT ALL. When I moved I decided to go again with this company. I was even lucky enough do get the same designer who helped me design my previous craft room. Once again we jumped in and came up with a design that perfectly suits the needs of my small home based business. However, when it came time to install, that's where it all went wrong. The installers were not helpful in trying to figure out why what they were installing was not what the designer and I talked about. I provided my own hardware and when it was discovered that one was broken the installer went a little crazy, nastily saying "that's why I don't like to use customer provided hardware". REALLY??? I could have easily gone to the store and gotten a new handle. Seams on desk top were uneven, door was hung crooked plus no backsplash was installed which everyone was quick to point fingers at the designer. They attempted to repair the items but could not get it. My alternative was have them tear it out and put in another one or accept "as-is". Since my business could not operate without this space I had to accept as-is and the company knew that I was losing money by not being able to have the space functional. The did give me a discount but not nearly what they should have. I was reasonable in what I requested, and I was trying to do the right thing by not trying to gouge them but being reasonable. Obviously my repeat business meant nothing to them and they had no desire to have my business again. I will NEVER EVER use Closet World for anything.
