  • Il y a longtemps que je voulais essayer le nouveau menu. Enfin décidée, j'y suis allée. J'y suis allée pour le bistro. Comme entrée, le foie gras de canard au torchon servi avec moutarde de figues et salade de poires était délicieux. Une belle surprise J'ai beaucoup aimé le boudin noir, servi avec mousse de panais et chutney de coing. Gros coup de coeur pour le pain perdu, caramel à l'érable..moelleux, goûteux. Un coup de coeur Excellent service..un peu coûteux mais ca vaut le détour
