  • If you choose this hotel please do not book a "Run of house room" out of all the hotels My husband and I have stayed in whenever we come to Las Vegas this is by far the worst... upon arrival to our room we had to insert then then re insert our room keys over and over again because the room door seemed somewhat damaged and would not open immediately after inserting our key after we finally got into our room we noticed that the ceiling smoke alarm was broken called management and they sent an engineer to come fix it we also noticed that there was blood stains on our pillow , small but noticeable very disgusting so we used a fresh bed set for the night but the next day when we return from the strip we noticed that room service had been present in the room but the made our beds with the same sheets including the same blood stained pillow case also we noticed upon check out morning we found a small roach like bug just hanging out on the second bed!!! super nasty I really don't get it because the circus circus in Reno is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in I was hoping for the same out of the Vegas branch but the difference is like day and night I'm super surprised if you absolutely had to stay here get a room in the towers I'm pretty sure the experience would be better as far as the run of the house I advise stay away especially if your with children room felt very dirty. Last but not least, the back of the toilet had a leak so we had to keep a towel on the floor to not step on the water while using the bathroom. Hopefully, they upgrade a bit so they can somewhat be like the Circus Circus in Reno.
