  • Do NOT stay at this hotel! We paid 300$ for New Year's Eve just to walk in and see how TINY the room was! Barely any room to walk around in. It's literally like a closet with a bed! I couldn't believe it. And no TV! Wtf? Such a waste of money. The floors are uneven and cold, the wifi is extra ( I have not stayed at a hotel where the Wi-Fi is not complementary) so stupid. The staff have ZERO training in customer service, especially that rude Asian girl who works at the front desk. Don't like your job? Then get a new one. Can't even continue to go on about this terrible hotel. Just know it's a waste of money and I will be telling everyone I know about the terrible customer service me and my friends received. FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!!!
