  • I shipped two boxes to two different different addresses, one of which was time sensitive. They are careless about their work as I discovered later, both boxes had been shipped to the same address, even though my address labels were boldly printed and quite clear. The individual handling my order was too busy talking to other people in the store and obviously not paying attention to what she was doing. UPS was also unhelpful in correcting the problem and would do nothing for me. That was after almost a one hour wait for their customer service. I will never ever use UPS again and suggest you avoid this store and ship with another carrier.
