Excellent small plates. I had the horse tartar, snail and mushroom pasta, sweetbread and the beef tongue and beet salad and enjoyed everything. The horse tartar was perfectly seasoned and was the highlight, the pasta was satisfying, the lightly fried sweetbread had a nice crispiness and the beef tongue had a great texture and the beet salad that came with it was good. The wine I had was also nice and they carried a few harder-to-find aperitifs.
Great spot to come in solo. The staff is friendly, they have a good bar and they do half plates at half price so it's easy to try a lot of different things. 4 (half) small plates was actually a lot of food and came out to be mid-$30s which I think is good value for what you get here.
