  • Well, last year I had an appointment for a routine urology check with Dr. Brito and was pleased with him, but two days ago I attempted to call the office to have them renew my prescription, and was treated so rudely by the woman who answered the phone, and then Dr Brito's front office person that I was astonished! I tried to call back to re-attempt working with them, and was told by the Doctor's assistant that she would work this all out, and then after not hearing anything from her, I called and was told I could not again speak with the assistant, and told that if I needed to talk with her or the Doctor I'd need to make an appointment...Needless to say after being treated so badly by the staff, I will not be going back to Dr Brito.
