  • Been here a few times now, and it's a mixed bag. The place is chronically under-staffed... The photographer may get you in at your appointment time (if you're lucky), but then you then need to wait for someone to review the pictures with you, and this is where things can really slow down, since there may only be one person doing so. After choosing packages and shots you like, it's best to just say you'll be back in an hour to pick them up, even if they tell you it will only be a couple minutes (because it won't be). On the other side, the prices can be reasonable, especially if you stick to getting exactly what you want. The salespeople will not pull a hard sale on you if you don't show interest in any packages. And everyone is always exceedingly nice and friendly, even when dealing with an entire over-packed amount of people. The photographers are fantastic with kids: they're patient and work hard to get good reactions for their shots. It's just too bad they are always over-booked. A+ for the people doing the work though.
