  • I love this location! The front desk staff is extremely friendly. My normal therapist is Modesta and she is wonderful. She is frequently booked up as she only works a few days a week, but she is worth it. I did have a negative experience with one of the male therapists, Cesar. The overall massage was awful. I have never been in so much pain during a massage. Even when I said it was causing me pain, he said it was just because I was "tense." On top of that, he was extremely unprofessional. He did not stop talking the entire massage. He was asking me very personal questions. Such as my age (he thought I was only 17, when in reality I am 23), he asked where I liked to "party" and "which clubs were my favorite." I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time and was glad I only booked a 60 minute massage versus my normal 90 minute. When I informed the receptionist she was very apologetic and said she would let the manager know. She also said she would put a note in my file to not schedule me with him ever again, which was comforting. Aside from that one mishap, this location is lovely. I just wish they had a quiet room to sit in to relax before your massage instead of just sitting out in the lobby area.
