Lets be honest, most hostels suck. No need to complain about crappy beds or crappy bathrooms or suite mates whose snoring makes you think they might have some sort of disease.
What this place does right:
-Cheap- 25-30 bucks depending on the sleeping arrangement. Also a refundable 10.00 key deposit.
-Large common room to hang out with some interesting folks. Closes around 5am I think, or that is when they told us to leave.
-24 hour guest services. This is huge! However, they are not happy when you check in after say 5am. They get a little upset about that.
-If you book online and only one night is available, don't fret, they might have an opening when you are checking out the next day.
-They have free internet and wifi. Also a printer downstairs
-They can keep your bags downstairs while you are off exploring the city before and/or after check in.
So for 30 bucks, you are centrally located and near streetcars lines and night life. Sure it kind of reminds you of a creepy house from the 19th Century. But I like to think of it as staying at the house in Hey Arnold! So maybe you will make some friends, maybe you won't get any sleep, but its cheap. So move it Football Head!
