  • The staff was so incredibly nice. Everyone was upbeat and happy even with the large crowd. I felt safe and comfortable. The women complimented me. I felt really good there. The lines for food and refreshments were not long and the service was fast despite the amount of people. The bathrooms were clean. They had a cool table with cell phone chargers. I also liked the dippin dots icecream stand. Security guards were nice but firm. I felt safe and respected the whole time. What a fun basketball game. Go Cavs!!
