  • I received a letter in the mail for promo & pre approved amount. I called to ask about what the payment plan would be & etc. I was transferred to a manager instead. So instead of the associate explaining to me in laments term I get a mgr which explained how it worked. Maybe it's time to retrain your associates unless there's a policy that only mgrs can answer simple questions.
